The Ensemble La Vivaldiana is composed by graduate professionals and promising students already in their career, bound by a sincere love for music and a strong desire to create a musical reality operating in the area.
Objectives and characteristics
La Vivaldiana aims to offer high-level concerts and to make cultured music accessible even in the less populous municipalities of Lazio (and not only).
The repertoire of La Vivaldiana doesn’t only include Vivaldi, but ranges from the baroque to the music of today, from chamber repertoire for string quartet to orchestral repertoire, with concerts for solo instruments and orchestra.
For the different occasions the Ensemble also offers programs from the opera repertoire, music from films, pieces of Latin-American inspiration by composers such as Astor Piazzolla.
The peculiarity, or perhaps we could say the strong point, of this ensemble is the number of members: from a minimum of four artists to the most varied chamber and orchestral formations, including the solo voice.
